And now we will share about "Au Gratin Potatoes"

The First Au Gratin Potatoes Recipe
Serve these tasty potatoes with burgers, roast beef, pork, or simply regarding any meat or poultry.
Ingredients:

a pair of to a pair of 1/2 pounds red-skinned potatoes
a pair of tablespoons butter
1/2 cup diced onion
a pair of little cloves garlic, minced
one tablespoon recent sliced parsley
a pair of tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon pepper
one 1/2 cups milk

salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation:

The Second Recipe

Ingredients:

four cups diced potatoes (about 1/2-inch dice)
seven tablespoons butter, divided
1/3 cup flour
one 3/4 cup milk, low fat is okay
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon salt
dash nutmeg, optional
one 1/2 cups (6 ounces) cut sharp store cheese, divided
1/2 cup contemporary grated Parmesan or Peccorino Romano cheese, divided
one cup soft bread crumbs

Preparation:
Butter a 2-quart baking dish. Heat kitchen appliance to 400°.
